Post & Packing

We will endeavour to post your parcel within 3 working days of recieving payment, goods will be sent Royal Mail or where an item is heavy or bulky, by courier.  You should normally recieve your goods within 5 working days.  Please contact us if you have any queries.

Canellation, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time, if your order has already been sent then we will not be able to recall it and you will need to follow the instructions below to return for a full refund.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund, providing it is unused and still in it's original packaging.  Unfortunately we are unable to refund costs for post and packaging.  Where postage has been included in the price a nominal charge of £2.50 will be deucted from your refund to cover the costs of post and package incurred by us.

We recommend that you return goods using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
